You can stay at the cottage for $165 a night plus a one-time $75 cleaning fee. If you book for the week, there is a discounted rate at $1,000 for the week plus a one-time cleaning fee of $75. There are no additional fees.
Yes, there is a 4-night minimum during peak season (June-September) and a 3-night minimum the rest of the year (October-May).
