Who We Are

A Cottage Steeped in Family History

We are so excited to welcome you to Ardlougher Cottage which has been in our family for generations. Tucked away in the side of a mountain, surrounded by sheep, this traditional cottage is the perfect getaway. Ardlougher offers spectacular views of the mountains, the ocean, and the beautiful countryside, yet is only a mile from the welcoming village of Ardara. We've been renting the cottage for the past ten years and it's an entirely family-run operation, with both US-based and local hosts to accommodate all your travel needs.

"This is the most authentic place I have ever been to. Incredible."
